Very happy with the choice we made about taking this apartment :-).

The apartment was great. We were 6 people. It has one separate bathroom and one bathtub/shower. The location is great -Central for the old city, close to the underground and 2 supermarkets nearby. Very recommended - Would definitely come back again

The sofa bed for the sixth person was a litte bit hard. Could have more utensils in the kitchen: We were missing - Salad bowl, bigger pot, aluminum tray for the oven.

Great location

Great location of the apartment! Quite specious for two persons, wouldn’t recommend it for more people. One of the beds is located in kitchen.

Unfortunately the place was dirty a seen on the pictures...

Location was absolutly amazing. Flat is realy huge and lot of space . Nice bathroom

we were constantly harassed from ladies who wanted use cleaning room , but not for cleaning our flat . This was really disappointing .

Good

Location was great and it was easy to find the apartment and the instruction was very clear to get the key. Carparks in the area are expensive and a bit far from the apartment, but for few minutes you can park in front of the apartment to unload luggages. The apaartment has all necessary equipment, good kitchen, but no microwave or toaster.

The appaerment is a nice 1 bedroom flat that has 4 beds in it. Therefore there is not enough space to move around. In 30 degrees weather in Vienna, we had only one small fan, which made it very difficult to remain in the room. It was also very hot in the night. Openning windows wasnt a choice as the road is busy even during the night. The apartment is a bit neglected, with curtains falling from rails and a TV which is not connected to anywhere unless you have your own netflix account.

Good location, very comfortable bed; the facilities in the kitchen is acceptable. 位置很棒、床很好睡、廚房設備算是夠用。

I stayed for 2 nights. The light in one room is broken so I contacted the staff to change/fix the light (and the staff agreed ). So I expected someone might fix it when we went out during the daily time in the second day. But when I got back to the room in the evening of second day, nothing changed. (The light still didn’t work.) Also, No daily cleaning - if the staff can throw the garbage out, and change the towels, it will be much better.

It was very nice apartment, not far away from Opera. I love it!

It came out that this apartment doesn't have any shower gel or shampoo. If you travel for one day, it would be nice to have it.

The location and check-in is amazing, the apartment itself needs cleaning, adjusting and repairs.

The best thing about the apartment was the location. Could not ask for a more convenient spot to simply go outside and walk everywhere in the city. Many places around to eat and shop.

The quality of the apartment was poor. The room we got was not clean and had hair and dust everywhere. Also the fridge was in a terrible condition. The freezer was full of ice and the door could not close which resulted in the whole fridge becoming a freezer, our food was ruined the next morning. Also the curtain holder was falling off and we could not close the second bedroom doors as they hit the bed.

Awesome

Generally, everything was good but there are some problems which disturb our comfort. The walls are too thin to isolate noises from other rooms and the pillows was not comfortable. Finally, the fridge was smelling terrible. We could not use it. These look like small problems but decreased our comfort. For the rest, thank you for everything.
